The agreement between you and Invoxion AI Solutions for using CreatorMargin AI and this website.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
CreatorMargin AI shows contribution profit by creator, campaign, product and platform. Contribution profit is not net profit.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Invoxion AI Solutions ("Invoxion", "we", "us"), a South African business based at 39 Niven Avenue, Douglasdale, Johannesburg, South Africa. They cover your use of CreatorMargin AI (the "App") and the website creatormargin.invoxion.com (the "Website").
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you install the App for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. In these Terms, "you" means that business.
CreatorMargin AI is an app for Shopify stores. It reads a store's orders and products and credits each sale to a creator through a discount code that you have confirmed. It then shows contribution profit: sales minus product costs, discounts, refunds, creator commission and the expenses you record. It shows this by creator, campaign, product and social platform.
The App also includes Commission Safety, Campaign Preflight, CreatorMatch AI (creator discovery), an AI Profit Assistant, AI outreach drafts and alerts.
Contribution profit is not net profit. It doesn't include costs the App doesn't know about, such as rent, salaries, taxes or Shopify fees, unless you record them as expenses.
You need a Shopify store, you must be 18 or older, and the App is for business use.
You keep your inputs accurate, and you're responsible for your business decisions, your creator relationships and any outreach you send.
You agree that:
Starter is $79 and Growth is $199 a month, each with a 14-day free trial. Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice.
AI answers and creator details can be wrong or out of date, so check them before acting. Nothing in the App is professional advice.
The AI features rely on a third-party AI provider, described in our Privacy Policy.
Don't misuse the App, access other stores' data, spam creators or get around plan limits.
You must not:
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are breaking these rules. Unless there is an urgent risk, we will tell you first.
You own your store's data. We use it only to provide the App, and delete it about 48 hours after you uninstall.
We own the App and the Website. You get a licence to use the App for your store.
We own the App, the Website, and their software, design and content. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for your own store while you have it installed. They don't transfer any ownership to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
The App relies on Shopify, Amazon Web Services and OpenAI, which we don't control.
The App depends on services we don't control, including Shopify, Amazon Web Services and OpenAI. Their outages, changes or limits can affect the App. We are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's terms.
We work to keep the App available, and we'll give notice before removing a major feature of your paid plan.
We work to keep the App available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature of your paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice. You may then cancel.
The App is provided as is, and we don't guarantee any financial result.
To the extent the law allows, the App and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those set out in these Terms, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We don't guarantee any particular financial result.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
To the extent the law allows:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
You cover third-party claims that arise from your breach, your creator or customer relationships, or your outreach.
You agree to compensate us for claims by third parties, and for related reasonable costs, that arise from:
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We can end these Terms for a material breach, a legal requirement, or if we close the App.
Sections 3, 7, 8 and 11 to 16 continue after these Terms end.
We'll post updates on this page and give at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. We will give installed merchants at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
South African law applies, and disputes go to the courts in Johannesburg.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa, sitting in Johannesburg, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Before starting legal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us.
