How do I install CreatorMargin AI?

Install the app from the Shopify App Store, approve the read-only permissions, and your data begins syncing automatically. Most stores see their first profit insights within 10 minutes.

How often is my data synced?

New orders sync in near real time via Shopify webhooks, and a full reconciliation runs nightly. You can also trigger a manual sync from the dashboard.

Where do product costs come from?

We use the "Cost per item" field in Shopify. You can override costs per product or upload a CSV, and add shipping, payment fees and other variable costs in Settings.

How are orders attributed to creators?

Orders are attributed using creator discount codes, tracked links and UTM parameters, plus integrations with popular affiliate and creator platforms.

Does the free trial require a credit card?

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from Settings → Billing or uninstall the app in Shopify. You will not be charged again.
